A Tech Company that doesn't value Tech Talent

Pros

The work is very challenging. The salary and benefits are very good for the Jackson, MS metro area.

Cons

No opportunity for growth for developers. Health-care expertise is highly valued, but technological expertise is not; given that this is a software company, this is a significant concern.
