Very flexible schedule that gets you good guidance from real people. Great team atmosphere.

Cons

Not a lot of good contacts. If you are not good at speaking on the phone, this will not work.

Pros

If you can't get a job anywhere else they will hire you if you can pass the Life Insurance test.

Cons

Terrible place to work. Very disorganized. Micromanage the 1099 employees. Lied to by management about the pay, hours, territory.High turnover. Out of the class I was in of 11, 5 were hired and only 2 left when I quit. These were very educated people too.Not paid, long hours, 10-13 hours. I only received a third of the money I was promised the whole time I was there. Terrible leads.
