      Supposed potential to make money You have the opportunity to get out what you put in Get to meet and talk with lots of people Great bonuses if you can meet the qualifications

      Cons

      Long hours, no guarantees Leads are garbage, this is a cold calling job Management lies to get you in the door, lies to get you to take the job and then continues to lie to try and make you stay. You are an independent contractor but they want to treat you like a salaried employee Bonuses are next to impossible to achieve and maintain Company preaches ethics, but is far from ethical

      Pros

      Learn how to bait and switch people.... If you consider that a pro.

      Cons

      Super long hours(calling and selling), bad training, old recycled leads("Oh, I just saw someone three months ago"). If you are not selling or booking well it's; "Hey why don't you work seven days a week so you can make bonus?" Your commission depends on the poor people that you snooker. If they cancel a month later or have NSF... you get no money! BAM....and there goes your "bonus". I've actually had people give me bad checks(Didn't find out until later, though. When my money didn't come in.). You also never get trained on what the products are, you pretty much find out on your own or from a curious coworker. Then you have these child safety kits that your supposed to find a place for, most ethical day cares don't want them! Seen a lot of unethical/illegal stuff go on just to make a buck. If you don't have a conscience, this job's for you.
