Upper management blatant favoritism to certain female providing certain advantages and personal mentorship that others who have worked there longer do not have. I personally would NEVER buy life insurance from this company or any of its colleagues or affiliates. They are untrustworthy and the upper mgmt salespeople are sleazy, egotistic. You are better off going to a AAA to get your life insurance, Farmers or State Farm somewhere that is reputable and does not have sleazy salesperson reputation that deceives you with a foot in the door tactic telling "Union" employees that they have additional benefit options that they can enroll for. If union employees want life insurance, they can enroll through their HR department and in house benefit program.
