easy to get hired, they have recruiters who cold calling any and everyone

Cons

You have to emotionally manipulate people in order to make money. You will feel like you work in a sociopath farm

There is nothing positive about this company!

Cons

They expect you to work at 11 PM, midnight in areas that are unsafe. They say that are about helping union members and protecting children, but that is just how they get their foot in the door to push life insurance. During the interview process, you are told you get a $200 base salary but this in fact is a "bonus" after reaching certain numbers. They expect you to work 50-60 hours a week and if you don't get sales, you don't get a paycheck.

Very friendly people, good trainer, and nice office environment

Cons

Long hours...mostly 2nd shift and little flexibility especially when first starting. If you are young and with few responsibilities this might work okay for you. But if you are older and/or do not like getting home until after 9 pm, it might get old fast. Also, despite the leads there are LOTS of no-shows, reschedules, and people who just want the free offers.
