-Typically your manager is very highly motivated, super charismatic and can sell dreams to someone born blind. -Working 100% Commission is liberating you earn what you sell the compensation per policy was very good -Smaller company so when you go into a supervisory role they force many hats upon you which is good because you are forced to learn managerial tasks

Cons

-WORK LIFE BALANCE IS NONEXISTENT WHEN STARTING THIS JOB (1st year) you will work until 8-9pm meeting with clients -Bad management will give bad career advice -If you promote to fast you are expected to recruit, recruit, recruit if you arent making good money on your own you will have to help your recruits earn money so they will stay on your team. THEN you can make money -100% commission when you have bad recycled leads and have difficulty creating referrals from these recycled leads can make for sales droughts -NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY you will engage in cold calls

Pushy Sales Job with recycled leads

Good work environment, meet nice people, no money cap

Cons

Pushy and bait & switch sales tactics. They never even educate you on the product you’re selling. This company is very sketchy overall, you work like a slave calling the same recycled leads over and over, many have been seen already by an agent, whether they were sold to or denied the service you bet they will be in your lead pack. The leads are union members who sign up to receive free benefits. That leads to us agents relentlessly calling them over and over to attempt to book an in home appointment to go over the free benefits, this is just all a tactic to get in the home and try and forcefully sell them life insurance. The free benefits you offer to the members to get inside of the home are all pretty much worthless. Many sales agents just lie and cheat, as long as you’re writing deals the company will ignore the lying and cheating. it’s a very scammy company. I could say so much more but it’s not worth the energy.
