Pros
There is some earning potential, but you have to be ready to give up any semblance of a personal life
Cons
Micro management style Super misleading with not only the prospective clients but also the agents literally the get you there for an interview off of false pretenses and then do a whole group “interview” that’s not an interview it’s just propaganda about the company. And they tell you you’re going to be a union rep enrolling members into insurance, but they don’t tell you you’re really going to be bait and switching 90% of clients that have no idea you’re going into their homes to sell them life insurance. The mental hoops they have to jump to rationalize these “no cost” child safety kits meaning the family wants to protect their children which means they should also want to protect them by getting a life insurance policy (that frankly most people don’t need) is honestly hilarious. Super shady management and shady sales tactics. They also want you to work every day besides Sunday (or you should work Sunday if you haven’t had a sale) you drive around all day work 10-12 hour days and try to sell subpar insurance through shady tactics. And to top it off the potential to sell is cut in half once you’ve been there for a month and they start giving you recycled leads that’s are 1-4 years old. Would not recommend waste of time, energy, and money.
