Help people out in their time of need. Leads were provided. Being able to reach out to a community in need. Now have Life & Health insurance license that I can take anywhere.

Cons

Felt I was on my own while training. On line study program.

You gain confidence in yourself, your skills and you are provided real world experiences that build your resume and prepare you for future endeavors. I made A LOT of money my first year out of College!

Cons

There is absolutely NO work/life balance. Some may say you are slightly brain-washed, but hello it's sales! You basically make every mistake there is to make in business your first year at AIL because you are over worked and don't have proper leadership and or resources to guide you. However, with that being said I am so thankful for that 1 year at AIL because it taught me more in that year than most companies would in 5. I am a successful business woman today because of the grind at AIL.
