Unlimited opportunity for growth. Uncapped earning potential. I feel that I'm a part of something bigger than me. Helping agents and newly promoted managers hit their financial goals. Second to none training. The chance to be my own boss with none of the expenses of the traditional entrepreneur.

Cons

Big up front effort required. Mentally tasking. Physically draining. It's all worth it. Can't get something for nothing. Let's get real people.

If hired as staff, benefits, hours and salary are great!

Cons

Do not work directly for an MGA. It's a numbers game. If the team doesn't produce, the manager gets demoted and you loose your job. No matter how hard you work, if the MGA doesn't perform, your hard work doesn't matter. Lot's of promises and no follow thru.

Pros

Promise a lot of money. Promise big success. If you sell multiple policies, you will make a lot of income. bonuses. Oh and they offer you a measly 10,000 life insurance policy, for a life insurance company, lol.

Cons

If you don't sell a lot of policies, you will make nothing. Oh and if you leave the company, and a policy falls through, they try to charge you back for your past income. You have to work 7 days a week. They want you to come into the office during the day and work in the field at night. No health or medical benefits. make you purchase your own business cards, computer, etc.
