      I have worked for the company for 22 years. It is a unique opportunity for those willing to work hard. Vested residual income has me in a position at the age of 46 to retire now if I wanted to.

      Pros

      I work very hard. I follow directions. And I am very coachable. Because of this I have lived a dream life since 2006. I started in 2001. I started at a trainee level and within 5 years my life, and more importantly, my family's life has changed forever.

      I have nothing to complain about ,period.

      Tremendous bonus structure, management opportunity, renewal system (only 10 year vesting and you will get substantial monthly checks the rest of ur life), lead sources (no cold calling), hierarchy system where supervisors are financially motivated for their people gaining success, training, leadership development, growing company with 60 plus yr history

      Cons

      They expect you to work hard. You can not simply fly under the radar and expect to flourish.
