      Pros

      The advancement opportunities are amazing. It took less than three weeks of me being hired to be put into a management position. I have no experience I this field so it would be hard to say that anyone would be unable to do the same. I am so blessed to have been given this opportunity.

      Cons

      I guess if you don't like working with happy fun people, as well as making great money this probably wouldn't be a good fit for you. I cant really think of any.

      There are ohhhh too many pros to list all of them!! But a few pros: you learn to Love, you grow professionally, you make a difference in average people's lives, and the money allows you to do so many things for your self, family, and so many more! I couldn't imagine working for ANY other company!! This is not a job! It's a lifestyle!

      I have not found any "Cons" to the opportunity I have been blessed with!

      Pros

      You have complete control over your income. Many people say they enjoy the "security" of hourly or salary positions, unfortunately that is a false sense of security. There's always going to be someone willing to do the same work you are for less money. Why not be part of a company that rewards those who surpass the general expectation? That is what AIL does. When I think about the most secure place I know, I think of prison. That is the most secure place. I don't want to be in prison, I want to live.

      Cons

      A lot of hard work.
