Pros

They had a nice office, and nice people

Cons

It took me until I was 90 percent done the licensing that this company isn't really trying to provide a good service, and their main focus is selling as many policies as they can with a pyramid type bonus structure. I had a "career meeting" where they made me fill out a form called a "dream asset list" or something like that. I had to write down all of my "Dream assets" and they break it down to monthly obligations and how many people you'd have to hire under you to pay for your dream assets. My dream assets were 600,000 with about 60,000 a year in payments. It broke down that I would need to hire FIVE people and I would make the $60,000 a year in order to pay for my assets... Obviously, they can't keep people long enough to actually sell their product, so they are encouraging new hires to hire more people to sell their product. If the job itself was actually enjoyable and rewarding, you wouldn't be able to hire as many people as you can when you've been with the company for two weeks. You might be able to make some good commission selling their product, but the job itself is strictly being a greasy salesman. They tell you during the interview that they have people interested int he product, so you have "warm leads" to work with. If it was that easy, everybody working there would be making good money, and wouldn't be encouraged to hire other people, as the company itself would do it. What compelled me to write this review was that half an hour after I told them i quit, I received a random text message from some spammy get rich quick website, on how to make 15k in 15 days. One of those get rich pop-up things you would see on a TV streaming website. It's called the Canuck method, you've probably seen it. So now apparently they're giving my number to other spam companies because I'm probably considered gullible enough to go for it hahahah. So all-in-all, I paid $240 for their training program, I wasted 2.5 weeks doing it, now I have to deal with spammers text messaging me, and I feel like an idiot because it took me so long to figure out. Thanks AIL

Pros

No pros at all, bad location for office, poorly dressed staff.

Cons

Work for free. No help with the LLQP exam. Seems like the people they hire don't have any skills at all but they say the will train. After I got 'hired' and I signed up for the course I never heard from anyone. They said I would be entry level management but in reality I was to be an insurance agent.

Pros

You can make money... but not as much as they claim... that's about it...

Cons

Too many cons to write, But the basics are that you scam people into buying insurance that is too expensive, they could get better for cheaper, you get anything for your work, and they constantly lie to you about everything, its all about the sale for them. They cycle through hundreds of people per month, trying to find the sociopaths to join their ranks. The company makes everyone sign a NDA so that they will not talk about the company negatively within 2 years of being with the company, if you ever see this you know what they are hiding is bad. They actively lie about the products and the "opportunity" they say you can make 100k per year and in fact that they "require" you to, but there is only one or two people in the office making that much and they have 10 plus people under them. Think MLM, Amway,...etc. you sell your social relationships for money, or you sell random good people on an "opportunity" that is a lie. I have never been in a place with so many liars who take advantage of anyone unwitting enough to walk in to their viper pit.
