Beware of fake reviews written by AIL

Pros

I cannot really think of any. They churn people through the organization every three months. If you make a few sales, they are ahead.

Cons

You must memorize a script. The leads are old and useless. Their insurance is way overpriced and people cancel after a short period. You are on straight commission with no compensation for expenses. When you realize how bad the product is, it is hard to be motivated. Their goal is to hire masses of salespeople and get a few sales out of them before they leave. That is the business model. Thus, they stuff the glassdoor reviews with garbage reviews. Beware.

Pros

There are None at all

Cons

Absolutely horrible management, ridiculous pay scale. Commission based but they mislead you into thinking the lead cards they give your are eager and willing people searching for permanent insurance when in reality they are low income and old as dirt and do not want and cannot afford life insurance. It’s a pyramid Scheme and a scam of people taking advantage of others. They recruit anyone, make you pay for a bunch of hidden fees and licences. This company has no values, no morals and an absolutely horrible code of ethics. If you like loud obnoxious middle aged men trying to convince you you can get rich quick then sign up for this job. They sell the Fortune 500 and then use you as a slave for them to get more commissions . DO NOT ACCEPT THIS JOB. Zero work life balance .

Pros

Cannot think of any.. I worked during the day assisting a manager.

Cons

I was hired to work for a guy at AIL. It was a nightmare. I felt so guilty trying to recruit people who were honest and hardworking folks, and who just wanted to earn a decent income. They have all sorts of tactics, telling potential "candidates" that they donot just hire anyone. They extract money from these poor folks and tell them it goes to pay for their training etc. The people at AIL are trained to overcome objections and they spend all day developing sales tools to con people into thinking they are getting something that they are not. The more people they recruit to work under them, the more money they make. So that is why the phone will always ring with a job offer from someone at AIL. Its just another sleazy way they have developed to sell Life Insurance. They use the "Union" angle, to go after hard working folks. They will use any angle as long as it works.
