Pros
Some very cool people in the office
Cons
Long days - expected to be in the office from 9AM to 3PM, then in the field to 9PM or later 7 days a week (despite what 3rd interview says) Loads of unpaid work - calling for your training/manager to make appointments, doing interviews Just because you have to be provincially licensed doesn't mean that this is a real job Held to quotas regardless of if clients actually pick up the phone when you call. No support when you are coded/released. I had asked repeatedly to see a different kind of presentation - was repeatedly told to just wing it. Best suited for single people - no time for family or kids with this job Managers releasing new agents only so that they can get their bonus - not because the new people are ready
