Pros

Creates a work environment with plenty of tasks to attend to

Cons

Management is brand new, always promoted quickly from within. Pyramid scheme - the only way to make real money is to recruit people. Not a real job

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry your American Income Life career was less than you expected. While recruiting is apart of a successful agency (and any company for that matter), we are in no way a pyramid scheme. We wish you the best.

Pros

You can make your own hours, set your own schedule and work as hard or little as you want.

Cons

Product is difficult to sell. Management is worthless and unethical. AIL rates are not comparable to big companies like sun life.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and management are the only pros

Cons

The company lures you in with promises of making good money and not having to do cold calling. However, when it came to leads the free ones given by the company were years old and when contacted the people couldn't even remember the company or filling out the original life insurnace information request. Current leads are bought up by managers. The company has an extremely high turnover rate and the managers lie about the success rate. The full pay is also withheld for a year so you don't get paid right away and have to struggle. The managers bring in new employees all the time to make money off of them, and then move onto the next recruit when their most recent one fails in the insurance world after the first sale.
