      unique company, great culture, just bad timing for me

      Pros

      Income was high Environment was uplifting motivational coaches strong leadership successful training 100% commitment from management to agents (what i found most important) If I didn't have family issues come up, this would have been my lifelong career. I felt compelled to share this information after seeing other reviews, people should know that this company will give you what you need from it, as long as you PUT IN the work ethic. Thank you for the experience and life lessons that will carry over with me AIL.

      They promise you many things you will not get.They say you set your own hours, this is not true..

      This job will destroy your life with promises of earning big money that you never get. The cheques that do come in your name you will have to sign over to management for some strange reason.The base pay that you are told you will get no matter what is all a lie. You have to pay for everything witch is about $1000 and wait for them to tell you to go to work which is about 3-4 months after being hired.Management is young and foolish with no clue how to conduct themselves. They tell you to work 16h days and then they don't pay you and say there is nothing they can do.All the leads they give you are horrible,Every person you call has been called many many times before.You have to put in weeks of study and class training time that you never get paid for.If there is a problem with someone's file you have to fix it or management will take money from you,...THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!....save yourself the time and effort and anger and go another route...
