Pros

They are honest with the potential to earn lots of money. There were a few people that I was able to work with and see first hand the success and revenue that is possible.

Cons

They aren't honest with how much money you have to pay for licensing, the amount of time it takes to get licensed and the massive amount of work (10-12 hour shifts) and luck (warm lead system with priority given to top sales people) needed to earn money. You can generate income through sales and recruiting. Recruiting is a money pit unless you are generating enough sales to validate the large investment required. The training is mostly through online resources and daily morning review sessions. Most of your learning will be with coworkers at the same stage as you, generally in a trial by fire scenario. If you're lucky, you'll have a manager that will be able to spend a little bit of time with you.

Pros

Good training, opportunity to learn, flexible timing

Cons

It’s an MLM, you can earn more just by hiring people rather than selling. You need to do 60-70 dials daily, although they say these are fresh leads, but actually not. Most of them have been contacted countless times

Pros

Learned a lot from the company and got some really good tips for speaking and presenting. They also give a discount and will wait for you to get your life license

Cons

It's very difficult to make sales with their model, since most clients don't know they are an insurance company and are going to be prompted to buy insurance via a funeral plan when they order their free will/child safety kit.
