Pros

you do get bonuses if you can sell

Cons

They sales pitch you in the interview process, they call you in for admin positions make you sit in a group interview setting for 2 hours plus, and pretty much tell you how good and wonderful the company is. Don't let them fool you its just like any sales job, its not going to be any better than your other insurance companies. yes you do have to door knock and there is cold calling involved.

Pros

Very lucky to have a great management system that was there for you when you needed it. Potential to get 2000 per week. You actually want to go into the office twice a week to see everybody.

Cons

Depends on the market you are in and the SGA you have. They say you never cold call because you have "warm leas" but its really cold calling 75% of the time
