      My co-workers were pretty awesome. A lot of us realized together that it was scam.

      Cons

      It's a giant multi-level marketing cult. They trick union workers. It's the typical 'bait and switch' method. You call the union workers telling them you have their 'benefits', but you don't. You just want to convince them to let you come over to their house so you can sell them life insurance. It's pretty sleezy. Only the sleeziest/most aggressive people made money. Then they pack you into this auditorium 'office' and do this weird cult thing. You have to be there to understand how 'don't drink the punch' cult-ish it is. Don't waste your time. Really.

      if you are single, with no life, no family, and dedicate work 7 days a week 16 hour days 365 days a week you can make decent money. If you're able to get decent leads

      Cons

      no support from management, management has little to no experience managing, old leads that have been called for years, lying to potential clients to get into their house is required. Very late nights. You'll be in the field 4-5 days a week from 9am until anywhere from 10pm-1am, and you will be required to do 2 nights in the office until around 9pm both nights. And lots of required "Meetings" that never actually happen but they make you stay at the office and wait.
