      Lots of money if you are highly skilled..

      Cons

      Lack of training from immediate manager.. support is not always there.. make sure you have some savings as there will be times when you will have bad weeks or even months..

      Money could be good.... but its slimy

      Cons

      The company "owner" Bob is a uneducated power trip, he keeps repeating " I made a million dollars last year" not to mention this is a pyramid structure. The "owners" did not train us well, they actually never showed the commission structure, they never talked about the ACTUAL product we were selling. they hire anyone off the street and help them pass an exam. they have this 10 page script that they live by and if you don't do it exactly like them they will harass you until you do.

      unlike many insurance companies, AIL provides valuable and useful leads that help agents boost their sales and meet new customers

      Cons

      staff not friendly (Toronto's office) and when leaving the company, they treat you disrespectfully and improperly.
