Not respected, still not releases after 3mo. due to training.

If you get a good GA, and get released you can make good money

Cons

have had licence and Agent number for 2mo, do not believe I have received proper training, GA is rude and disrespectful. still not released living on credit. can not afford to continue because I believe GA and SA don't care if or when I get released. have been told GA has taken 35% of Agents 40% commission and agent Quit.

The product is good and they are a high rated company because of the product.

Cons

Commission only, high pressure, high competition for appointments, hard to maintain the job when you have little to no money coming in. Support from bosses is low. A lot of negative talk from the management.

the money can be good if you get lucky enough to get a area that gives good referrals if not you will go broke trying to stay a float

Cons

you work 6 days a week min. Monday through Friday you will until1pm- 9pm. Saturday 8am until 5pm and if you don't work every min of that time they will use that as the reason your not making the money they said you would. So if you have a family don't count on seeing them much. Sunday was my only day off only because I refused to work that day lots of agents end up working it just to make ends meat. If you decide to go into management kiss your life goodbye outside of work you will work from 9-10am until 9pm all week and 8am until 5pm Saturday and recruit on sundays There leads are not what they claim. They say they work with all of these unions but when you call the members none of them have ever heard of you and hang up on you. Or they talk to there union and they tell them they don't have to see us to receive there benefits they already have them
