Pros
You don't punch a time clock here, and what rewards you reap are your choice and yours alone. What you get is what you give. I would rather work 80 hours a week for myself than 20 for someone else. It's a great atmosphere, very close knit family feel about the office. There's an amazing support system- there is always someone to answer your questions; and if the first person to pick up the phone can't help, they'll find someone who will. Everyone is always looking to improve your managers work harder than you do.
Cons
It has its ups and downs, just like any other career. Some weeks you'll work like crazy and others you'll spend on the beach.
