      Pros

      Amazing leadership, motivation, training skills and development, room for growth, financial stability and great compensation, management training, positive atmosphere and team support, no experience necessary , and you get to help others everyday and feel rewarded!

      Cons

      From my experience, I have not run into anything that I would consider a "con". I take ownership with the work I do and take the mission to heart thus the work does not appear difficult to me. You do have to initially put a lot of time into learning if it is a new career for you but it all pays out towards securing a financially secure career.

      100% Commission based, sells overpriced insurance to unsuspecting people, When contacting "union" members and families, there is a clear bait and switch technique used to enter their homes. Are there to give them their no cost benefits that they would be receiving even if you weren't there to give them. Once you are in their homes you have to recite from memory 8-10 pages of script shaming them and scaring them into buying crappy insurance. You put so much into this job but are not reimbursed gas and it takes away from being with your family.
