      Fun and friendly but financially strenuous

      Supportive Management, opportunity for advancement, earning potential is there for right person

      Cons

      income is 100% commission, cold calling - while they make it a fun atmosphere some of the people you talk to are angry because they have already been called, have to work long hours to make sales

      Pros

      I work for AIL in the PA and I honestly can't speak for other offices across the United States and how they are ran but I love the agency I work for. We won agency of the year two years in a row. "You get what you put in" The harder you work the more you get out this deal. I love my MGA and he truly does care about every agent in his office. It doesn't feel like work when your surrounded by great people you can call your family. The opportunity is unlimited if you play to your potential.

      Pros

      Coming into the professional workforce with only a high school diploma I didn't expect much financially. However, after coming into American Income I realized that my salary would be based on how hard I work, and the sky is the limit. It feels good be able to make 6 figures a year without having to spend 4 years at college.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated and disciplined.
