Pros
My experience working with the company was fairly good. My manager was nice, the pay was well, and I learned a lot of skills that will help me with future jobs. I am fluent in Spanish, which was big at the agency where I worked. Being bilingual led to a lot of bussiness. Lastly I met many interesting people while working and I was able to help a lot of people who had bad policies with other companies. The only reason that I left was because I couldn't fit work with school.
Cons
The worst things about the job were the long hours that made it hard to balance with your life, and the fact that the paycheck was commission based. This meas that you will either make a lot of money from one sale, or nothing. Coffee is a must for new hires, as you will have to study the material, do work, and train for the job all at the same time.
