      Pros

      Having the ability to choose how much that you will make. I left an 18 year retail management career. In 7 months with the company I have had more praise, recognition and encouragement than I did giving 18 years of my life to another company. I’ve always wanted to travel and in less than 6 months with this company, I have earned 3 paid trips! The energy is high here and training and coaching is literally always at your fingertips if and when you need it.

      It’s not easy, but nothing worth it ever is.

      unlimited income no caps, Leads provided, management is professional and very good at what they do, renewables, great training

      Cons

      full commission, some travel, if you put the time in it pays off great but if you don't you won't make money.
