Pros

Having come from a housekeeping and waitress background I had zero to no true sales experience, I also was dead broke. I never “tried” American income I just listened to everything they told me to do and I made over 70k my first year ! The pro’s is you will always have the best mentorship from people that genuinely care about you. You make a ton of money and you can go on vacations ! (I’ve been to 4 so far and I’ve been with the company for a year and a half). I got out of debt working here and I am so thankful for this opportunity!

Cons

It’s a lot of work! But it’s worth it.

Pros

So this job has a lot of perks and potential, but i must say its kind of all over the place. The training wasn't the greatest, also when i was recruited, i was told we would be making good money in the first month. That isn't the case. But what the job does have to offer if you stick with it and work hard, is really rewarding. The jobs has amazing renewals and bonuses. Also if you really do work hard, there is tons of people willing to help, but you do have to take it upon yourself to receive such help.

Cons

Some cons are obviously expenses, especially when you are just starting. There should be more compensation when you start out. It really discourages people when they work hard, Yet are still not seeing results. The job requires you to work a lot of hours when you do start. Which is not expressed when recruited, your sold on flexibility and making your own schedule. But that wont happen right away. In addition it is true, nothing worth it comes easy, because if it was everyone would do it.
