Pros

Nice office environment. Nice people. Emphasis was on trying to deliver a "sales training" culture.

Cons

Low commission levels. If you did not sell enough to qualify for bonus you were looking at a commission in the 30-35% range which is very low for compensation factors. Even with bonus it amount to around 50%. Although emphasis was on training the culture felt like you were more of an employee than Independent Contractor. You were expected to be in office 2 days a week and could leave for appointments but otherwise you were expected to stay in office and make calls on your own cell phone. Leads were provided of past clients but you could easily have leads 40-50 miles away with no reimbursement for expenses. When there was a meeting at the main office in LA you were expected to be there as well and parking was easily $20. This position will pay you a low to average wage if you work really hard. To hit the higher income levels (over $50K) you really had to work your butt off and the likelihood of hitting it was slim. It seemed like a hard place to build a lasting career if you were use to earning higher income levels.

Pros

Flexible hours (somewhat), opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

Not as flexible as they make it out to be aggressive working environment, not a lot of team spirit Mangement employs tricks to lure in new employees and buyers have to annoy people
