Living the American dream!! (or what I like to call "Living the American Income Life")
Pros
I have been here for over 7 years and it has changed my family's life. We have unlimited income potential, lifetime renewals, awesome bonus structure, unlimited advancement opportunities, flexible schedule, luxurious conventions, qualified leads, great training...there is so much positive it won't fit. All I can say is if you want to be blessed with a career and not a job, come see for yourself!!
Cons
The only con I can think of for some people may be working nights and driving to future clients homes. For me, I accept both for the fact that we have to help wotking families when they are both home and that is typically in the evening and on top of that bringing the benefits to them makes our customer service that much more dominant in this industry! Not really any cons.
