Pros

None, unless you want to give up all your time and lose touch with all the people that are close to you

Cons

- Interview process is weird and not really an interview. If you are dressed nice and can breath you will be hired. - Horrible hours whether your an agent or a manager, and you will work 6-7 days a week - Full COMMISSION, you will never get or earn a salary here - Management tells you one thing but never explains everything to you - The leads are terrible because the people you go to meet have no clue what is going on - Poor training - The products they sell are some of the worst in the industry and are way over priced - Don't actually teach you how to properly protect a family - Told you can make six figures if you work hard, but you really will struggle to make over 30K - No benefits unless you earn them, What??????? - AIL is a very cheap company that finds new ways everyday to take money from its employees

Pros

The only pro I could put right now is that they paid for my license and training, which is worth maybe 400 tops, but during that month i was never paid so this isnt really a pro.

Cons

Long hours, THERE ARE NO ACTUAL AGENTS, the people they hire only become managers which should say something.
