- Interview process is weird and not really an interview. If you are dressed nice and can breath you will be hired.
- Horrible hours whether your an agent or a manager, and you will work 6-7 days a week
- Full COMMISSION, you will never get or earn a salary here
- Management tells you one thing but never explains everything to you
- The leads are terrible because the people you go to meet have no clue what is going on
- Poor training
- The products they sell are some of the worst in the industry and are way over priced
- Don't actually teach you how to properly protect a family
- Told you can make six figures if you work hard, but you really will struggle to make over 30K
- No benefits unless you earn them, What???????
- AIL is a very cheap company that finds new ways everyday to take money from its employees
