Pros

Choice of nights out want to be in the field. CE classes.

Cons

They lie in the interview about the hours required and cold calling to get you in the door. You are told it's 4 days a week but they don't count the addition 3 in the office that are required as well. A LOT of wear and tear on your car. They put women in dangerous scenarios in people's homes alone in terrible parts of town. They also take $ out of your pay when clients you sign up cancel or get turned down after you put in all the hours getting them set up. The management only cares about bonusing and their check.

Pros

Your given leads. (Any leads are better then no leads!) The office spaces are nice and updated. Option to work from home. Co workers were pleasant to be around. Offer supplemental insurance. Earning potential is 100% there if you work hard 7 days a week and believe in what you are selling.

Cons

Its an MLM so the whole vibe is surrounded upon recruiting more agents and flashing your income. When your first hired your told you will only be working with unions. Reality is 90% of leads are child safe kits that are old and recycled. Union leads are also recycled. Use bait and switch tactics. Product is inferior to other life insurance company’s. Which made it difficult when clients would enroll and cancel upon learning they could get cheaper premium / more adequate coverage. Also doesn’t help that AIL reviews online are 1.5 / 5 stars.
