We're glad you're enjoying the supportive culture, and the opportunity to make a very generous living while offering valuable financial protection to working families. As you know, this career can be tough in the beginning but with a persistent work ethic, it can be extremely rewarding. Best wishes to a long future of success at AIL.

Pros

You get weekly bonuses IF you make sales.

Cons

Have to go to people's houses in sketchy areas. Sales leads have been over-used to the point that people will agree to meet with you to get you to stop calling and then ghost you. Not at all what they said it would be when getting hired. There is little help from people above you. You barely get sales. The premiums are too high for people to afford. I.E. I had to pitch a whole life policy to a woman (55 year old, non-smoker) with a $1500 a month income for $300 a month. If you make any mistakes, they just take away your ability to make certain sales. There is little to no training, forced to be in the office to make client calls (even though you are not paid hourly), can go weeks without even seeing a paycheck, and work 90 hour weeks. This is a scam of a company. Especially at the West Agency in Indianapolis.
