Pros
None that I know of.
Cons
Lied about being on Seattle’s best places to work at, could not find it anywhere online. You have to put crazy miles on your car, have to provide your own work laptop, use your own phone for cold calling people, and pay for your own gas. All this before you even get paid. I was involved for 2 months and didn’t get paid a cent. I was promised to be refunded for the testing if I finish the online program in 8 days. I finished it in 7 because I was low on money and never saw anything from it. Waste of my time. I passed the insurance exam also and shadowed the manager and some coworkers for almost 2 months from 9am to 11pm. I was expected to be at a 2 hour long “motivational” meeting every Monday and Friday from 10am to noon and then sit there for 8-10 hours straight cold calling people from a script. There was also a 14 page script we had to memorize before we could even start getting paid. We were given “Child safe kits” to get a foot in the door and then put the people into a high pressure sales position to sell expensive life insurance. I’ve heard about them pretending like the person who died canceled the policy to avoid paying out on the claim. They prey on the poor and uneducated. Most of the policies were 200-300$ per month on whole life which it’s hard enough to pay for bills as it is.
