Pros

This company gives you the opportunity to make what you deserve. You learn and grow massively in their system.

Cons

You need to be self motivated and diligent. This is not a job you can show up to be lazy and make it.

Pros

The agents in the office are really nice, down to earth people. They work really hard and are super driven to let nothing stand in their way. I really admire that!

Cons

You would think after listing that, I wouldn't have much to say in the way of cons, but it's definitely worth reading. I don't care if you decide to take this job or not, the point of this review is to educate those considering it. 1) DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB AND DO THIS FULL TIME IN THE BEGINNING. I was leaving my job one way or another so for me the timing worked, but I would have worked a part time job to keep some more eyes flowing in until I could actually start selling. The training is two weeks, but it will take you a month for a state to give you your license after you pass the test. The information you will need to learn will take you two weeks to memorize, don't be fooled by the smoke and mirrors of the interview process and the earning potential. The earning potential is real, but the state of California cares not. License issuance takes the time it takes. 2) SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE. Take the state exam BEFORE you start working for them. It will speed up your training time, and you will make the most of the days you have. While the people in the office are super nice, I have lost respect for those that were not 100% upfront about the entire process. 3) LOCATION MATTERS. I don't care where you live or where you're from, every city has an affluent areas, and an impoverished areas. It doesn't matter how many years you have been with the company or how knew you are, everybody struggles with that. Be prepared to drive in a 30 mile radius. 4) YOU DON'T SET YOUR OWN HOURS. At least not at my office. Be prepared to work until 10:00pm at night, and spend two nights a week calling prospective clients from 5:00pm to 9:00pm in the office. You're on their time, at least the first few months.
