Pros

-Leads are given to you and the scripts are effective. -Unlimited earning potential -Strong officd leadership and support

Cons

-Irregular hours. They expect every hour that you're not out doing appointments and knocking on doors of leads to set appointments to be in the office phone setting appointments. Basically 9 am-9 pm 7 days a week. -Soley commission based, no salary. If someone cancels their coverage within a certain time, they will make you repay a certain amount on your commission. -Some leads have bad phone numbers.

Pros

David Nham is a great mentor who has shown me how to balance work and life. He has the ability to make work fun and his energy is contagious! I have a high regard for a manager who works as hard or harder than you! He has made my training transparent and is always helpful. I now have a career and I am able to spend time with my wife and two children regularly and just purchased our first home!

Cons

I am only in the office briefly to pick up supplies and/or for agency meetings or to meet with interview candidates. I would love a designated cubicle to put my stuff.

Pros

Flexible Schedule, Quick $$$, Company Paid Trip (1/yr)

Cons

You cover all expenses, managers operate off of threats not rewards, only the top agents can survive in this job, once youre released there is VERY LITTLE oversight unless you arent writing business, company DOES NOT REQUIRE E&O INSURANCE!!! Huge red flag. I lost my residual income because my manager refused to turn in my agent contract when I left management. He did this so that I would eat my own chargebacks after leaving the company after I wrote nearly 100 grand for his agency and trained 10+new agents. Greedy people out for themselves only. "Friends" don't screw each other over for a buck.
