      Pros

      -Potential to Make a lot of money. (keep in mind a lot of the numbers they show you are advances) -Getting working class families to think about finances. -Easy to get into management

      Cons

      -The union label is only marketing. This is just another insurance agency. -You will be selling to the people that bigger agencies skipped over. -They would rather you get canned at some point so they can take your commissions.

      Advancement opportunities, no micromanaging, no set hours, dictate how much you want to work and how much money you want to make

      Cons

      It isn't an easy job, and to be successful you'll have to put time and effort into it. There are single parents working for the company that have time for their kids and still make a hefty paycheck. You must be self motivated to be successful at the company

      Possibility of making alot of money

      Cons

      Commission position only. The office seemed very divided and cult like. High turnover rate. Poor training while a script is forced down your throat. Your expected to know the script word for word. They expect you to be making sales right out the gate with no experience.
