      Pros

      AIL has a decent bonus structure. You can make a little money if you don't mind being gone every night.

      Cons

      They are dishonest about their lead generation system. They claim that people have filled out cards to express their interest. In reality, often these cards were filled out as long as 10 years ago. Call night is miserable. When you leave, they try to take back much of what you have earned. Their turnover rate is astronomical.

      Cons

      Those who are not committed to a long term career with short term sacrifices will not benefit. This will be the toughest 50K you have ever earned and the easiest 100K.

      Pros

      It can be money if you work about 95 hours a week and have no life at all! The average sale is about $600.

      Cons

      Everything... These guys lie to you the whole time you are employed! They lie at the first interview saying it's about a $40,000 a year salary plus commission plus bonuses but to find out it is 100% commission and it costs you about $500 to start out with missed pay during training and all your licensing fees. This job also told me that it is ZERO cold calling but another lie it is 100% cold calling and you are excepted to do this daily Sunday through Saturday 200 times a day! These are only a few lies but it continues every day you work, if your wanting to work everyday 8am-11pm for the rest of your lives you might become wealthy but it's not guaranteed! Get out while you can don't be like me thousands of dollars in debt and loss of friends because of this!
