Pros

Great people to work with, I got along with everyone in my office.

Cons

Left you on a leash until you've memorized and recited each and every script they had a dozen times. Making sure your agents know a few tricks of the trade is one thing, not letting someone get any sales for 2 months because they are bad with memorization is another.

Pros

If you are willing to be a robot and are only driven by money this could work for you.

Cons

I worked out of the Tacoma office for 4 weeks-completely unpaid. They lied to me in the interview process regarding compensation and then 3 weeks into the job changed there word on how I was going to get paid. This is a complete joke of a company. I was offered the job on the spot and was told I either had to take it then or not have it at all- very high pressure sales pitch. Then when I excepted the position they made me pay $100 on the spot to pay for my licensing school leaving me no choice to think it over. After shelling out well over $300 to get my license they continued to drag their feet and be direct with me regarding my pay while in training. I was promised $600-800 for training which never came to be. They were also not clear about their expectations of work load making you believe that you can make your own schedule. What they mean by that is that you set your own appointments between the hours of 2-9. You are expected to work 50-60 hours a week without any guarantee of income. I would not recommend this job to anyone.

Pros

I met some fun interesting people that I am still friends with today and they have also left the company

Cons

No paid training it was a month before you saw my first check then it was only $200 because my manager wasn't good at her job then every time I would do the leg work and make the sale she would take the credit a money the I made a total of $700 in my two months of being they after I was told I had the potential to make $1000 in a week don't believe the hype. Unless you get paired up with a top seller you won't make a lot of money starting out. Then to top it off when me and my manager had a disagreement while on the road she left me stranded 200 miles away from my car do not work the Chui Agency if you value your time they are very disorganized
