      An opportunity to make a lot of money and move into management quickly.

      Cons

      You will give up your life. Work 7 days a week and 13 hours a day. You will spend your days only on the phone making calls to force yourself into people's homes. You will spend every evening and Saturdays traveling to homes to sell insurance to people who dont want it. No sales no money. No base pay. You are not an employee, you are an individual contractor so no benefits. You also have to sink your own money into training, testing, licensing, gas, business cards, laptop, and more. They are biased against older employees.
