Pros
There is definitely a possibility to make very good money, if you are willing to give this job everything. They say if you work 80+ hours a week (7 days a week) for two years you will be set.
Cons
Employees are overly micro managed, many of the top producers have immoral ways of making sales, a commission only based position, you pay for all operating expenses (supplies, gas, anything needed when in the field).
