The communication within the Phoenix office was phenomenal. Everyone was on the same page. No matter your job title, everyone was treated with the same amount of respect. The meetings were also very informative and helpful.

Cons

If you don’t consider yourself a self-starter, this is not the job for you.

My career with American Income Life has afforded me to retire my husband at 50 years old, pay for trips for my family, and satisfy the three main areas that I require my career to supply me. Financial stability, human communication and interaction, and helping people. American Income Life has placed me in a position to where I can be proud of what I do on a daily basis and still be able to care for my family as well.

Cons

I do work many hrs, but I love to work. I would also like to see better communication when it comes to questions. Sometimes emails just does not cut it.
