Uhhhh idk it’s a job

They will blatantly lie to you to get you to take the interview. If you’re looking for a finance job, they’ll claim they have one for you. If you’re looking for an HR position they’ll claim they got that available too. In actuality they are an extremely DESPERATE company with insanely high turnover. Oh and the job actually involves going door to door to peoples homes to sell insurance. They’ll tell you whatever you want to hear and avoid answering your questions or giving details about the job. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste the energy to take an interview. Oh and even after your interview and telling them you’re uninterested...they’ll harass you with weekly emails for a “personal interview” A truly pathetic company.

I started with no experience in sales, nor a clue about insurance and have been guided and directed from the beginning, from the great management leadership. They do not micro manage but do hold you accountable and give you that extra push we all need at times. You get the right resources to help make you successful and obtain high goals. You develop good traits to have in life like being fearless, being adaptable and self motivated. I find joy in helping protect families and you meet new people everyday. This is the best insurance company to work for when it comes to paying out claims and taking care of the policyholders. You will find the product will sell itself, it’s just a numbers game and if you listen and actually do exactly what your manager tells you to do, I promise you will see results. You control your schedule but it is a grind and takes a lot of resilience and dedication. You have to keep a positive attitude and be consistent. Do not let one bad day ruin your whole week. The pay is structured very well and very rewarding, plus bonus checks every week! I love having a job where you control what you make and being surrounded by an uplifting atmosphere.

Cons

The first 30 days are difficult, and can be a rollercoaster...you are getting your license and starting the training process. It’s very easy to want to give up but focus on the big picture, and hang on tight. The beginning is always going to be the hardest adjustment
