I’ve been with the company for a few years. Initially, like every beginner, I was nervous and unsure about my new career path with the company. Still, I went through the proper training process, stayed coachable, read motivational books, always asked questions in bettering my craft and business. Fast forward to today, I unapologetically attest that I made the right decision. My life (mentally and financially) and that of my family has completely changed. There’s no better feeling than knowing that you’re protecting lives and properties of clients while also protecting your family. Furthermore, working with “Washington Agency” of American Income has been amazing!!! Like that’s not enough, The Washington Agency is one of the FASTEST GROWING AGENCY in the company!!! It just doesn’t feel like work, because we all in the agency LOVE WHAT WE DO. The energy that exudes right from door to every room in the agency is incredible!!! We have amazingly seasoned leaders who have gone through the proper training, leadership seminars and years of experience willing to inspire and work with anyone in making them successful in this career and life generally. I couldn’t ask for a better vibrant, energy-filled and “no negativity culture” environment than the Washington agency. WASHINGTON AGENCY FOR LIFE!!!! LET’S GO!!!

The job I never thought I’d love

This is the job I never thought I’d want or love, but do. When I was recruited and brought in for the first interview, I had hoped it wasn’t for insurance. When I saw the sign outside the door, I turned to another prospective interviewee and said, “Insurance? Really? ... Well, I’m dressed and here, so let’s do this.” I haven’t looked back and thoroughly enjoy the work we do every day and the people on the team. It’s challenging in several ways, including that insurance is no joke and can be complicated. But AIL does a great job educating team members and making sure everyone thoroughly understands the benefit packages for every client. This job isn’t for everyone. You need to genuinely have a self-motivating way of doing your work. We are here to help each other and make sure we are doing our best work, but it’s my job to keep my focus and remember my goals. As a note, I’ve never worked in sales and because we don’t do cold calling or prospecting, I know that I’ll never have to suffer through that because I found the job I’ve searched for all these years.

A short-term commitment to focus on excelling in the career and solely focus on craft for long-term, permanent financial security.

Genuine chance at 6 figure income with hard work Make your own hours Effort put in = money earned The product really is the best on the market (immediate payouts)

Cons

Getting started takes a while Most people quit in 2 weeks, which is well before the money starts flowing People (clients) can be rude and have a lack of understanding
