      Slow start but stick with it

      Pros

      Once you have proven yourself AIL will filter leads down to you from lapsed policies but you'll have to work hard to get to that point.

      Cons

      The products offered are dated and limited to whole life, expensive term and an A71 "aflac type" supplemental health insurance policy that rarley pays out.

      Pay is okay I guess

      Cons

      It’s horrible. The systems we need to succeed are always down! They micromanage you. If you aren’t saving 35% of policies they fire you literally after alll that training it makes zero sense. They want you to be dishonest with customers to keep their policies it’s just a horrible job. The union is not for you it’s really to protect them I can go on and on
