      Great work environment. Everyone is a helpful and playsand welcoming environment. The learning and training is endless. Flexible and the amount of Income one can make is endless. Really helping and protecting families.

      You just have to work and be coachable. Be okay with constructive criticism

      Pros

      -Some of the people I met were the most hard working, kind and inspiring people I've ever met - I made a decent amount of money -The energy in the office is always high

      Cons

      -The thing is, the people are good, and I believe that, but at the end of the day, your job is to bait and switch as many people as possible, and contribute to what is essentially a multilevel marketing (a certain infamous shape should come to mind) scheme.

      You get told and promised alot, its all lies, when you do get a check they make you give some to the agency for their time of training you. You use your own car, have to work 12 hour days sometimes 6days straight! You have to drive to Madison for training without pay for a week and then after being in training all day drive back and go into the field with no compensation. You have to own your own latop, car, ins., etc. I worked for over a month without a check and when I did get one they made me give half of it to my manager for training! So yes you pay them!! Management is very unprofessional and us only concerned with tell Iies and filling their own pockets!!
