Pros

opportunity unlimited but giving you old leads to union members

Cons

your contract starts at 50% for whole life and anything you write that is different your commission is reduced...down to 20% on some business!!! they say they give you vesting after 10 years because you are giving them 80% commission for their lousy leads!!!

Pros

work on own. creating of own schedule, aside from two office days a week. 9am-9pm.

Cons

50-70 hrs a week. 150-250 calls twice a week. No showed at appointments. essentially cold calling unsuspecting Union Members and rolling referrals for business. if your sales canceled within 4 months you got a "charge back" which means they doc your original commission out of your next pay periods. they teach rather unethical business practices just to make sales. sometimes lying about clients coverage with other companies, while also selling and promoting coverage they dont always need. Sell or Die. So many newcomers were encourage to sell to friends and family, knowing that even if that new employee didnt work out, they get money off those family members, including residual income. total selfish atmosphere hidden behind fake encouragement. ulterior motives everywhere.
