Pros

Can't say that there is any pros to working for AIL, except that I met some wonderful people while I was out in the field.

Cons

Long hours, minimal pay. They promise you the world but can't seem to deliver. Out dated/recycled leads. Management doesn't know what's going on helf of the time.

Pros

They will take anyone with no experience in sales (that would be me)

Cons

Takes forever to get your first paycheck! Two months in and still not a dime has been made! But I am getting good sales experience, just going to the poor hourse in the mean time.

Pros

work from home, work independently, flexible schedule.

Cons

Low pay, act like they care about individuals when they don't, fake positive work culture. They fired me despite me telling them I was on prescription for depression/anxiety months prior and it makes me sleepy during the day. There was absolutely no follow-up whatsoever from HR. They fired me despite me forewarning them of my disability and how it affected my work. They also suck at keeping black employees, 2 of them that I got hired with around the same time left because this company does not know how to empower their black employees. They will send us out to talk to groups with racist history, like American Legions for example. Another black employee was let go right before I was. They let me go based on my # of "sales" I was able to make in the month of November 2021 even though I was sick twice that month and was out a couple days, not to mention the holiday break too, how productive did they expect for me to be??.....long story short, they only care about numbers and what you can do for them. Don't let the fake family culture fool you.
