Thank you for your review. We're disappointed our agent position didn't meet your expectations. This position can be tough at first and does require a persistent, sales-minded individual to succeed and is not for everyone. It can be a very rewarding career both financially and personally for the right individual. We wish you all the best in the future.

Pros

Promotes good work ethic and hustlers mentality.

Cons

The company says that you aren't cold calling, but when every client has no idea who your company is, that is pretty much cold calling. 95% of people will hang up the phone, and if they do pick up the phone they don't really want to talk to you. The company does not only focus on Union members, but also referrals to friends and family. They also sell child safe kits and Will kits to "help" people, but it is really just a scummy way to show life insurance to them. Everything about this business was scummy and unprofessional. The managers are grown children that just got in early and profit off of a large turnover rate where they get a percentage of every new deal that is signed. If they were placed back in the same position as a starting agent now, they would fail. The language here is derogatory and abusive. It is basically a frat party minus the booze and fun, it is only arguing and the upper class-men (managers) hounding you to do better with zero substance to their so called "support" or "continuous education". This is an MLM designed for the new agents to sign a few deals, leave when they make no money, then allow their managers to keep those deals and make renewals on them consistently. This place is absolutely disgusting and I would only recommend my worst enemy work here.
