I loved the enviorment of the work and the other newer agents that I got hired with

- toxic manager who got mad at the drop of a hat and didn’t give me a chance to learn the material and trial and error -terrible product that is very expensive for the customer and is borderline a scam -they advertised the learning process that we are helping people and providing a good service that people need but that was never the case. -my manager also used my social media followers and messaged 50+ people trying to recruit them behind my back -leads were from 2019 and were pretty dry nothing warm about those leads -the pay structure is very much pyramid scheme like
