Pros
Insurance company, commission sales, they try to sell you on "flexible" work schedule and GREAT pay.. But it's all a sham. Run far and run fast away from this place.
Cons
Too many to list here, but AVOID this place. They lure you in with a job title that sounds interesting.. Managing Benefit administrator.. Etc, then come to find out it's literally plain old insurance sales. They told me it's not sales it is "customer service" but cold calling people and trying to sell them life insurance packages sounds like sales to me. When I asked if it was purely commission, the guy talked around it and said "not completely" but after some research. Yah it's commission based. It was a used car sales guy feel from the minute you walk through the door. Slick guy in a suit fast talking you into filling out a form, then passed on to sick guy who thinks he's curing cancer by being a bottom feeder life insurance guy. Made me sick. I walked out after 5 minutes! Be smart and avoid this company!
